Volume of Interest-Based Fractal Analysis of Huffaz’s Brain

This research work aims explore and characterise complexity textual memorisation brain structures using fractal between huffaz non-huffaz applying global box-counting, Fourier dimension (FFD), volume interest (VOI)-based analysis. study recruited 47 participants from IIUM Kuantan Campus. group had their 18 months systematic training. were acquired by MRI. Global box-counting FFD conducted on Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) found no significant statistical difference brains non-huffaz. VOI-based nine areas: two for (angular gyrus medial temporal gyrus), six (BA20, BA30, anterior cingulate, fusiform gyrus, inferior frontal lobe), only a single area (BA33) showed differences results have highlighted sensitivity its local nature, as compared FFD.
